Not happy and never going back. This year they billed medical insurance for the first time for the eye apt despite the fact that I have eye insurance that covers the entire exam. Now I owe. That is not right. How do you justify that? The exam was the exact exam I got last year they did not do anything different. They just get more money billing medical. They always try to upsell. I got prescription sunglasses and the tint and lenses broke the next morning. It took a total of 3 months for new sun glasses to arrive.

First time that I have been to the eye doctor in over 5 years. Very friendly staff, clean office, and each person there is knowledgeable on your eyes. Tests are thorough and the Dr does a great job explaining what each test does. Staff was great in helping me select a pair of glasses that fit me and my lifestyle. I would recommend this place in a heart beat.

I was very pleased with Sorensen & Sorensen! I called on a Monday as a new patient and was able to get an appointment the same week. The doctor was pleasant and knowledgeable.the front desk staff is very friendly. I ordered contacts on a Friday and received them Monday afternoon! Very happy with my experience overall.

Went for a quick visit on my lunch break. I had been having vessels burst in my eye and increasing optic migraines. Expected quick look and back to work. I actually tried to reschedule and they said they were closed on Saturday and the girl said you know you really should probably come in so I did Dr. Mancini Took her time looking at me was very thoughtful and sweet and decided that I possibly had an acute angle glaucoma closure. I told her I had been diagnosed with possibility of a borderline glaucoma years ago but it never really thought much of it. She ended up telling me at that moment that I needed to go straight to see Dr. Baker who's an eye surgeon down town she said I wouldn't wait I think you need to go now and so I did they set up the appointment for mean of the staff was amazing I was taking a ride in a Dr. Baker's office Dr. Baker said you're very lucky to be here and Dr. Mancini I should be praised for getting this right and I ended up having an emergency laser procedure which when indeed save my vision had it been left to not being taken care of I felt like I was surrounded by the best people between Dr. Mancini's and Dr. Baker's office it was amazing these girls are and the doctors were just very kind and very thorough and I was taken care of and also found I had to have the second I done as soon as possible I want to thank everyone and Dr. Mancini you were amazing. I will never forget what you did for me thank you so much Linda Crooks
