I have shopped there on many occasions.  I find that everyone is very helpful and friendly.  They won't hover if you don't want them to, either.  They have given me numerous product recommendations and advice on proper cleaning and maintenance of toys.  They have also let me know about warranties with the manufacturers if there was ever a problem.  Hope is by far the most helpful and positive lady in the store.  Very funny and hands on with the toys.  For anyone that may be uncomfortable with toys and sexuality, ask for Hope.  She will immediately put you at ease.  Another perk of buying from the store, versus online, is that you can feel the power of the toys and get truthful product reviews from people that actually use them.  Very clean, and organized.  Thanks for all your help!

You will get nothing but an awesome experience here! Everyone is nothing but welcoming and create a Comfortable atomosphere to do your sexy shopping in! Have been shopping here for quite some time and will continue to go here because the know how to engage with everyone that comes in. I have been to plenty of other sexy stores that could care less if you walk in and out empty handed. If you like excellent customer service this is the place to go!

Sold me an already broken product and brought it back not even 24 hours later. Never used. Figured it may have just needed charged. There were two girls. One tried helping and trying to contact the manufacturing company for me and the other girl came out and yelled at her and got an attitude with me and told me it wasn't her problem and they couldn't exchange it or give me my money back. I spent 90$. If you go here make sure to open and test the product before buying.

I love the customer service here.  One lady I request to help me find new dance outfits and I only buy my vibrators from her.  Never disappointed.

I've gone in a few times. Every time, I get good service and knowledgeable staff. They were busy last time I was there, but I still managed to get help as soon as I needed it. 

There was a woman who had never been in an adult store before and they were very nice to her. They took it slow. I was seriously impressed.
