Cassandra Stafford and the rest of the staff at Men's Wearhouse in North Olmsted came to our rescue! The store we had rented my husband's tuxedo shoes from originally (American Commodore) botched our order and refused to help us fix it less than 24 hours before our wedding, so I called Men's Wearhouse from American Commodore and while I was standing in the store Men's Wearhouse solved our issue in five minutes! They are so accommodating and absolutely came to our rescue. We are so grateful to them!!!

HORRIBLE, AWFUL, LIARS, Just a couple of ways to describe this store. This store ruined my wedding day. Go somewhere cheaper. Service at this store sucks!

The customer service I experienced was below average, the older woman assisting me had a bit of an attitude. the store itself however was very clean, and well stocked!

Wow is all I can say. This store is terrible, they are nasty treating everyone like they are below them. They will try to up-sell you in order to get more money out of you even if it is not what you want. They will not call when things come in. They sometimes get the changes in on time, and if not you are just out of luck. Their customer service is subpar, but expect you to respect their wishes. Calling corporate office does nothing either. They just say they will get the staff more training, expecting you to be satisfied and happy with that. Stay away from this store, there are many better places to rent a tuxedo from.
