My go-to flooring provider, Susan, is now at this location; which is great for me because now I don't have to drive so far to see her. I bought some beautiful hand scraped flooring and it was installed wonderfully. It has been through a winter and a summer with no gaps or install problems. If you like to deal with good people while getting a good price, ask for Susan.

Advanced Carpet One and in particular Susan, the store manager at this particular location are wonderful! The selection, pricing and overall customer service is 2nd to none from my experiences.  If you're looking for flooring, this is the 1st and last stop on my list.

Great selection with a knowledgeable staff. Susan is the best!  She will bend over backwards to make sure you are a happy customer. I got carpeting from her when she was at the south county location, and I will follow her wherever she goes!
