Wonderful Service Every Time!

I’ve been visiting Dr. Chen’s office since 2011. Every experience has been a good one. The entire staff at Advanced Dentistry Northwest goes out of their way to make sure you’re comfortable and informed. 

Over the years, I have had orthodontic braces, fillings, x-rays and cleanings performed. The work performed at Dr. Chen’s office has significantly improved my overall dental health. It has also improved my life by enhancing my smile. One visit to Advanced Dentistry Northwest and you will know that they are in a class of their own when it comes to patient care. 

I visit Advanced Dentistry Northwest a minimum of twice per year for regular cleanings and checkups. The office is always extremely clean, the entire staff is sincerely friendly, (not like other places that I have been to in the past). These folks truly care about your teeth and smile! After 6 years of being a client, I don’t see myself visiting another dentist ever again.

A quick note on Dr. Chen and his staff.  You can always tell when a customer facing business is doing well and the staff get along and work as a team.  Not common for a dental or medical practice, but it is the case for Advanced Dentistry in Bellevue.  You always feel like you are their most important patient and the care they give you is the best.   Katrina and Jodie are both friendly and professional from the time you walk in the door to when you are finished with your appointment.  I recommend them to anyone.

I've been going to ADN and Dr. Chen for several years now. The facilities are modern and very clean and the staff is extremely friendly. The techs who do my cleaning are great, as I've never had any pain or discomfort during my checkups. During the exam, Dr. Chen provides clear, direct, and understandable recommendations on how to improve oral health overall. The state of my teeth and gums have improved considerably since I began going here.

Peaceful environment, great people,  very relaxing. Hygienists are experienced and prices are reasonable. Dr. Chen cares about patients a lot. I've been going to this place for 4 years.
