Best cleaning, hands down! Dr. Chien was gentle and very informative about everything he was doing on my teeth. His staff was extremely nice and helpful. I scheduled for a cleaning as a new patient and upon arrival I was checked in immediately. Having the option of filling out your paperwork online is definitely effective at their office. Overall great experience.

Excellent Dentist, Had to do a deep cleaning and you can almost fall asleep! I hate going to dentist but Dr. Chen and Staff are Great!

Great dentist office. Always very quick, painless (both in scheduling and when you're in the chair), friendly, and knowledgeable. I've been going here ever since I moved to the area and love it.

I was a loyal patient of Dr. Chien's for over 2 years and am only switching care because I moved over 60 miles away though I am still tempted to make the trip to his office just so I won't have to find another dentist as good as he is. The scheduling was always convenient, they were always accommodating when I was a few minutes late (I blame i405) and he was always very practical and explained the treatment plan and financial costs in a way that I could understand. He's a great dentist with great hygienists and employees. My only complaint is that he is not practicing in Olympia! Easily a 5 star dentist.

I had a very pleasant experience at Bellevue Family Dentistry for the 5 years where which I was a patient there. Everything from a few fillings to regular check-ups, the staff was always friendly and knowledgeable, Dr Chien similarly so. I left due to a move, but would otherwise still be a patient. The early morning options were great! Thanks!
