It's taken me a really long time to find a perfect dentist's office and this one is my favorite. I have already been coming here for several years. The staff is always so great, warm and friendly. The hygienist are all great at their jobs, very careful and amazingly efficient. My sister now goes to this dentist and my son as well. I can't say enough good things about them!

- This review is for their receptionist - I have been going to Bellevue Dental Care for almost 4 years now, and everything was great until now. Basically, the receptionist Holly told me that I can get a night guard and I will only need to pay $60, so I went ahead and got one. Guess what? She didn't check my pre-determination or anything at all. When I got the bill, I was surprised that I had to pay $600. I called and asked her, she said "oh, didn't we do a pre-determination?" Then I said "No, you didn't.." Then she said "oh, maybe I didn't then." She wasn't apologetic about not doing her job, and she just kept asking if I have money to pay for the night guard. Yep, all she cares about is the money. It's like she did nothing wrong and it's like she's been doing her job that she's been doing for the last N years. It is like you were served a food that's on sale, but later they told you they are using expensive material for today and you have to pay for the actual cost without using the coupon. Yep. What's upsetting is that basically she didn't care about her mistakes, but only the $$$. What's funny was that she forgot about everything when I called them several times after to change appointment, canceling appointment, etc due to this incidence and the fact that we moved. She kept asking why we're changing dentist and she acted like she's helpful. Everything about this dentist is fine, other than the fact that my fav. doc there, Dr. Wagner, has left to open his own business somewhere in Southern WA. Dr. Minnoch is fine, but he seems distant. The service there is fine, as long as you keep track of your insurance coverage. I won't stop you if you go there for convenience, but keep in mind that they'll eventually stab you in the back if you don't keep track of your own insurance coverage. I think you'd better change your dentist before that happens ^-^. There's no benefit of being a loyal customer there, so I've moved on.

Great Team. Definitely worth visiting every 3 months. Doctor John and nurse Jessie are fabulous. The front office team Holly and Erika are exceptional.

Dr. John Minnoch and his team are exceptional! I appreciate their commitment to quality dental care with compassionate delivery. And, as a fellow dentist, I can confidently distinguish a great dental team. Thank you for making me smile!

The attention and care has been excellent and educational. Learned about my teeth and sinuses. Addressed immediately in an emergency. Staff has always been very pleasant. Plus, the new technique they are employing for crowns is incredible: all done in one day! They fabricate crowns onsite in a matter of hours. So, no plaster teeth while waiting weeks. No additional appointments.
