I noticed an odd mole on my back and went to Google for reviews on dermatologists. Advanced Dermatology Care stood out to me and I made an appointment. Long story short, I've been there 3 times and the last was for surgery. Every staff member I've encountered have been fabulous!!! Everyone has been friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable.

I would actually give 0 stars. This has to be the most horrible clinic experience I've ever witnessed. My mother has been an ESTABLISHED patient here for 3 years. She is 81, suffered a stroke several months ago, and now is wheelchair bound, and resides in a care center. She developed a large, very painful cyst on her back, which she has endured for the past 6-8 weeks. She wanted to return to this clinic to visit the PA who has treated her for the past several years. Upon arrival, at check-in, they requested her ID and insurance information which they already had on file. She is a medicare patient, has supplemental Medica, BluePlusRX, and in the recent months now has ADDED Medical Assistance to her list of payers. Medica has always paid (minus a $20 copay) for all her visits over the past 3 years. Today, I mentioned that since Medical Assistance is now ADDED to the insurance payers, they would pay the copay. (All but $97/month of my mother's sole income social security check has now been directed to the care facility at which she resides.) The young "office manager" informed us, upon arrival (NOT prior to our visit), that we needed to pay in advance, upfront, "out of pocket" for her appointment, "until (they) see how much Medica will pay. We want to make sure we get paid." I mentioned again that Medica was STILL current (and could call to verify), and the only change was that Medical Assistance was ADDED to the list of payers. Their response was, "We don't take Medical Assistance." I offered to pay the $20 copay, knowing Medica would pay for the visit. They refused to treat my mother, confined to a wheelchair, who tearfully pleaded for a doctor to see her. I am a seasoned RN of 35 years, very familiar with the healthcare system, and have NEVER seen an atrocity like this. I told them their office practices were unethical. Her response was, "I'm sorry you feel that way." My mother waited for weeks for this appointment. I had to take the day off of work to accompany her. I traveled with her via Metro Mobility, and were out the cost of transportation. When I asked for their full names, the young "Business Office Lead" retorted, " I don't have to give you that information." As an RN, I DO NOT RECOMMEND this clinic. The healthcare providers may deliver satisfactory care, but the clinic management, their "policies" and how they treat patients is reprehensible. This NEVER should have happened.

They have never fixed anything I've ever gone there for. I have an HSA and its been like, "we can't help you...that will be $230 for an office visit." Oh, I'm sorry they managed to burn a wart off for me for that full office visit charge. Have decided to look elsewhere for services. Also with the cash they make they could bring their waiting room out of 1985.

Staff is very friendly and make you feel comfortable! Prices are great! I recently moved too far out of town to drive here to continue my PRP facial treatments. After researching my new towns prices for this treatment, they are OVER 2X what I was paying at advanced dermatology care. I will absolutely still make the drive to ADC!

Clean, tidy office and was able to get an appointment with little notice. Professionally staffed, very short wait time from check-in to being called into room. Both doctor and assistant were attentive and thorough. Would highly recommend this clinic to anyone!
