I went in for a cleaning, ended up having to go back four times in one month and claims that is have to go in every three months. One of those appointments they called to cancel while I was in my way there! Then they didn't go through all of my options for payment and made it seem like my only choice was to get a credit card. I later wanted to use another forum of payment and asked if they could cancel the credit card. They initially said that it wouldn't be a problem and then later called saying that I'd have to use my new form of payment to pay off the credit card because they couldn't refund the credit card. I called the credit card company and they said, "yes we do refunds." So I pretty much had to do their job for them because they have no idea how their own affiliates work. I told WBD that I'd never go back to them nor recommend to anyone I know. From my visits I got the feeling that their intentions were to make you believe you need to go back over and over while they charge you over and over. Beware!

I would recommend White Bear Dentists to anyone! The staff were all so sweet and easy to talk to. The Dentist took the time to make sure I was well taken care of. Answering any questions or concerns I had. I was so happy when leaving White Bear Dentisits!

I was looking for a new dentist and a friend highly recommended Dr. Holtz so i decided to try the office out. All of the staff, from the front desk to the dental staff and Dr. Holtz are very customer oriented and make it feel very welcoming. I previously had a cold and quiet dentist so it was great instead to have a warm and inviting dental visit. The technology they use is great (digital x-ray), there are tvs with cable if you have to wait a minute or two in the chair, and so far my filling, cleanings, and checkups have all been excellent. I would highly recommend this office if you are looking for a dentist.

As a person and as a business owner myself, there is no other dentist office I would recommend than White Bear Dentists. They provide the greatest customer service and the staff are all extremely professional and friendly, the service receive each time we go there is phenomenal. I was always afraid to go to the dentist because it would always hurt when the dentist did their work. I can happily say that I feel at ease going to White Bear Dentists because the staffs truly care and they make sure the patients aren't in pain when they're being worked on. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!!!!

It was my first experience there today. The doctor herself took me around and showed me the layout of the office. Everything was state-of-the-art and very clean. Everyone was extremely friendly and introduced themselves. Their attention and focus on me gave me a sense of being in good hands. Overall I felt that they did an excellent job with me. I could say many more good things but I think you get the point. I am referring my wife there and I highly recommend for all to try them out. Follow up: They told me they took my insurance and had me come up for a cleaning and x-rays etc... Then they tell me they don't take my insurance and to look elsewhere for a dentist. Ended up being a hassle in the end.
