While I'm happy with Dr Sullivan, on September 18th they ordered diabetic shoes for me. After waiting a over a month, I called to check on the status, they told me the shoes haven't been ordered because they where waiting on paper work from my Dr. I called my Dr and they said they ha ent received the request. I called the office back and told them and gave them the fax number. I called my Dr back to confirm they received the fax and they did. I called again on Nov 13th, and the girl said she would check and call me back that afternoon, never was called back. I called back Wed the 15th and they told me again they have not received the paperwork. While some of the blame goes to my Dr for taking some time to fill the paperwork out, I still have to place most of the blame with Advances ankle1 and foot for the lack of followup and a very inefficient shoe department. I had to go through the same process last year. While the Dr is fine u don't recommend ordering shoes from them.

Great place!   Took time to help work through the issues I was having.  Dr. Kimberly Avramaut is awesome!!!!

This office was a God send!  I was in pain for so long and after leaving here I was pain free!  The physicians are so great and made sure I understood everything before leaving.  I will never go anywhere else for my foot and ankle problems and will refer everyone I know to them!!!

Very rude staff they put a cast on me and because they found out it was a workers comp case they would not even take the cast off they put on, they also put it on incorrectly which was hurting my foot very bad and still would not take it off!!!!!! (((( are you joking)))
shattered my heel, dr. Sullivan said it was so bad he was scared to touch it he would have to swallow his pride!!!!! 
Not very well staffed will never see them again!!!!

Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I agree with a previous reviewer...they will drain your wallet! They definitely nickel and dime you and they're sneaky with the charges. Even if you speak to them in advance about the various fees, they still find a way to "treat" you and in turn charge you. Don't let this happen to you.
