I used to go to the urgent care in Huber near the hospital and I switched and car to hometown urgent care. They are super polite.  If I need anything about the prior visit I call them and they handle it within minutes.. I can honestly say they are there to help and not jus get u in an out.. They actually test you and not jus go off ur word on what u think is wrong with u. The doctors are really nice and considerate.  And the wait is not nearly as long as the one by the Huber hospital... totally recommend hometown

Waited over an hour just for them to ask for our insurance. Then they misquoted our copay price. Receptionist was rude and seemed more concerned with eating. The lobby was dirty and had a funky odor like vomit mixed with mold.

Unbelievable, I went there on  Sunday  September 10.  Got there little before 4:30 PM.  They close at 5 PM.  Was told there not taking patient that late of an hour.  Not even that nice about it. Never tried to help me find a health center that would be open.  The person had very indifferent  attitude. If that is there bed side manor not checking you in. So what are they like when they treat a patient. Lastly when I google for a Urgent Care in Huber Heights.  It said unusually low wait, and when I pulled up the open sign was still on. 
 I went to the Charles Health Center, they know how to treat there patients.

These folks are quick, fast and accurate with diagnosis. Ive been going there for years and I've always had a great experience!
