DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I bought a groupon for $299 for 6 treatments for my upper thighs. When i went to be consulted (before they got shut down and renamed) i was offered 50% off for my lower legs and the extended Brazilian, i paid a total of $600 (including the groupon) Great deal right? I have not had any problems with this place and the laser is working very well. Yesterday I went to do my regular 6 week laser treatments and received the worst service/treatment from any business I have ever encountered with. I arrived to the Naperville location and was told the groupon i bought only includes 6 treatments + 1 year touch-ups for ONLY that area. Ok fine, i get that! So she told me this is my last treatment for the extended year and i would have to pay for the other area's if i wanted touch-ups. I went into the room and started getting my laser done. All of the sudden there is a knock on the door and the lady doing my treatment steps out and comes back to tell me "they said you did not pay for your treatments." The lady i had talked to when i got there came in (while i have no pants on butt hanging out and the technician still continued to laser me my while i was being talked to but the girl) and said i did not pay in full for my upper legs and i owed money. Not to mention they could not keep their story straight whatsoever, they kept changing areas i owed for and then said i didn't pay in full which then turned into i wasn't paying for the touch ups on other areas- complete BS stories. They even said the groupon was for lower legs when i bought my upper legs! I spoke with the manager who was very rude and disrespectful to me- She said very slowly like i could not understand what was going on " everyone wants something for free and this is not a salvation army" I told her to "please do not talk to me like i am an idiot." She replied "you are American and i am not so i want you to understand what i am saying" I explained what i bought and the owner before gave me this deal and she told me to "find her and prove it" I was completely shocked! Why and how can i track down this previous lady when i do not know who she is? They had no receipts or my groupon, no documentation of payment in my folder at all. After arguing with her i walked out! They deserve 0 stars but i want everyone to be aware of them!!!

Worst place ever!!! After they changed management, the services went down hill. I sent an email and requested phone calls from management for weeks with no response. DONT GO THERE, YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF. Unprofessional and shady business.

Horrible place, location shut down. Rude people injecting you with mystery substance  (not botox). They have another location in Chicago. Beware of this scam artists. The most awful experience ever. I'm reading so many complaints about them, I'm amazed they're still in businesses selling on Groupon and Living Social.  They use to operate under different name and were shut down by state. Avoid them by any means.

I did hair removal and I'm super happy! Prices are great , nice people, however i have to say i did have small problem to contact them - looks like they are super busy. Anyway hair removal 5 stars

I'm very happy with the results of the i-lipo they provided. Only 4 stars because it takes forever for someone to call you back. Other than that very happy with the service and price . Mellissa
