The guy who did my no chip and pedicure was great. He was a young Asian guy in his early twenties. The manicure/ pedicure itself was really good. There is one thing that I didn't like. There was a white man who works there that was kind of obnoxious. At first I thought he was the owner because he kept coordinating where the clients should go. He kept walking up to the clients and interrupting their services by awkwardly trying to strike a conversation with them. Maybe he's just lonely or something, but he needs to stop bothering all the clients that come in. Other than that, everything was great.

Got a coupon in the mail for a free pedicure so decided to give it a try! My grandmother and I came and got our nails done today and recieved excellent service. Friendly staff, clean salon, brand new metal tools every client, relaxing pedicure chairs, and a great color selection! Will definitely be returning!:)

Worst place ever. So dirty! She doesn't even wear gloves when doing my pedicure. I sat with my feet in the water for almost 40 min, so was another girl. While the guy was in front doing NOTHING! This place used to be amazing when it was Catscratch nails. I waited forever! 

I would suggest American sweetheart nails for anyone! In naperville

Worst. Pedicure. EVER! Had a Money Mailer coupon for a free pedicure, so I called for an appointment (even tho it's primarily a walk-in place). They tell me the coupon was a mistake and they can only offer me a pedicure at half price. OK, that's fair. The place wasn't as clean as it ought to be and the nail tech was just OK. The worst was that the "manager" had an ongoing argument with another customer, then called and shouted at the "owner" on speakerphone several times about why they were understaffed. The owner kept hanging up on him. He also called whoever had made appointments the day before to say he wouldn't honor them. The other nail tech kept having an argument with her customer while working on her manicure, and several more customers with appointments came in and were told there was no one to take care of them and to come back later. This place is totally out of control. I wouldn't come back even if it was, in fact, free!
