I would give ZERO stars if I could.  I purchased a $500 package, had two sessions and upon arrival for my 3rd session was told the esthetician Sara moved my appointment.  I never received a phone call to ask or inform me about the reschedule.  I guess when they already have your money they don't really care about common courtesy, nevermind good customer service.  Additionally, I have sent an email to the Spa office manager, Thalia (as well as Dr. Burt's scheduling nurse, Peggie) and have yet to receive a response.  This is such a poor reflection on the Spa, Dr. Burt and Dr. Will.  As a patient of Dr. Burt I am sincerely disappointed by this terrible customer service and gross misuse of my time.

Limelight Spa is an outstanding place! Dr. Will is one of the BEST doctors in the Chicago area. Thank you so much Dr. Will, and her staff for a very fine job. I highly recommend Dr. Will, to other people.

What a beautiful place!!! From the time I walked in to when I left i received great service, the doctor made me feel very comfortable and gave me suggestion on how to address my concerns,did a great job!! She also told me about skin care that would help with my problems, I've been to several places and t I felt the value this time!!! After my service Kelly came in and explained how to use products and what to except. I left feeling like they really cared and listened

My experience at Limelight was excellent!  The ambiance of the spa was welcoming, warm and relaxing.  The staff greeting us in such a kind, caring manner which made our time spent there very enjoyable.  I had an Ultrasonic Facial done by Sara.  She was absolutely fantastic!  Sara was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of the skincare questions that I asked during my facial.  My face felt AMAZING when I was done.  I also had botox by Dr. Will, who was very professional and listened to my concerns that I had from previous experiences with other doctors.  The entire staff at Limelight was so friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable when helping me choose the skin care products that I wanted before I left.  I cannot say enough about how exceptional the staff was during our visit.  I also have the utmost respect for both Dr. Burt and Dr. Will.  They are very professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable......I would trust them with any procedure that I wanted to have done in the future.  Thank you Dr. Burt, Dr. Will and Limelight staff for a wonderful experience!!

I recently had Restylane done under my eyes by Dr. Will. I have very dark under eye circles and thought this really wouldn't do much but it did. I have very thin skin and am on the more pale side especially with going through winter. I am very pleased with the results and will be going back to her for this and other things I would like to do as well now.
