The receptionist is consistently extremely rude at this Cedar Park location.  Not only did she shame me in front of other patients, she went on and on about a matter that was already resolved with their home office.  Each time I have gone into this location, the receptionist has tried to turn me away saying my insurance was not valid even though I had already spoken to their insurance department in Round Rock to authorize my visit.  If her authority is challenged (proven wrong), she will shame you in front of other patients.  The rest of the staff there is professional and welcoming including the new doctor, Dr. Ye. With this kind of agony, My money will be spent where they actually make a pain patient's life easier, not harder and more stressful.  A long lesson in congeniality needs to be had or this girl needs to be fired.

Dr Craig Dubois is by far the BEST Pain Management Dr./Neurologist I have ever been to.  I have suffered from Chronic Migraines as well as Occipital Neuralgia & Neck Pain for 27 Years, so I have seen my share of Doctors!  Dr. Dubois took plenty of time w/me and truly cared & understood what I was explaining to him.  He read my numerous medical records and set out a treatment plan.  I am so happy to have found him! He is a true blessing.  If only ALL Doctors treated their patients like Dr. Dubois.  His bedside manner is extremely professional, while making his patients feel comfortable.  I highly recommend Dr. Dubois at Advanced Pain Care and will happily tell everyone I know!

As a new patient, my wait time was under 5 minutes. Staff very professional and courteous.
Dr. Allen Dennis listened to my issues without interruption. I felt a personal connection and not a number or co pay walk in.
I also took into consideration that all of the patients waiting, coming or going were upbeat, friendly and happy. That alone tells me something.

They are not a "clinic" but a great team of ppl. that happen to be practicing out of a clinic. If need be, there is a central day-surgery setting for procedures that can not be done on site. I'm just saying because one may wonder. They are awesome-I am talking about the team, not necessarily the doctor because they may come and go (though I think they are all qualified in their area of pain management or either anesthesia). Team Alexis, the Big Bend RN (suddenly can't remember his name), the NP's are certified and ALL , every single one, have been amazing. So that is my review. Bam.

I saw Dr. Mandyam at the Cedar Park clinic at the end of November. Him and his staff were AWESOME! The minute I walked in the door I was greeted with a smile by Lucy. I barely had time to sit down before Latisha called me back to the room. Dr. Mandyam was very informative and friendly. I felt like he really listened to my issues, which is a hard thing to find these days. I would definitely recommend Advanced Pain Care to anyone I know dealing with pain.
