The first thing the nurses asked my husband was if he was capable of filling out the medical information for his daughter (whom he has full custody of). Which rubbed wrong to begin with because you don't blatantly ask someone "do you know this or do we need to contact her mother?" ...Let's be reasonable and assume the parent attending the doctor appointment knows what the child needs.

Secondly, and much, MUCH worse, the nurses had NO IDEA what they were doing. We were there for a simple blood draw and these women completely missed the vein. Instead of trying to reenter, they wiggled the needle around inside our little girls arm for more than 90 seconds trying to stab back into the vein from under the skin. She has never even cried for a blood draw but spent this entire visit screaming and actually pooped herself. DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILD TO THESE INCOMPETENT FOOLS!!! They didn't even draw blood. We have to go back and try again. I am HORRIFIED.

I'm so grateful to have this quality facility in Cedar Park. I have been to the clinic 4 x over the past 15 months. The place is pleasant, new, clean, and organized. The staff is courteous and helpful. The medical treatment each visit has been professional and helpful. The billing practices have been honest, fair and forthright. Again, I'm grateful...and impressed.

We love, love, love Dr. Corpuz and his staff. If you need a pediatrician in the Cedar Park area, he is FANTASTIC!  Beautiful building and very friendly people.

very bad experience. Be careful with what you are signing. I had my first visit  for an Gastroenterologist specialist, where I made a copay of $40.00 as per my insurance. But, they charged it as outpatient with facility charges, which is ridiculous and very hesitant now to fix it as I have signed some stupid documentation which is not clear. I don't recommend this facility and be careful with the charges on your statement.

We were charged for services we didn't even authorize.  A routine physical turned into a $590 bill!
