Glad to be the first one to give a less then perfect review. I was stopped at a light and there   driver hit me . This company never once apologized or said they are sorry they almost killed me. Advanced pools didn't care.

Always coming here for my pool supplies.. And they recently repaired a leak in our pool. The employees here are wonderful!!!!! Always go the extra mile and carry my pool supplies to the car as well. Will always recommend Advanced Pools to family & friends!

After calling and meeting with several pool companies over a few month period I was pretty disgusted with the pool repair industry as a whole. People not returning calls, not showing up, being more worried about how much they would make on a pool repair job instead of what was in the customer's best interests (we have a small pool), etc.

Finally I had Advanced Pools show up to give the estimate. Rich came by and was friendly and helpful in explaining what needed to be done and gave us a proposal shortly there after. It was nice to see someone actually doing what they said they would do after so much disappointment.

Shortly after we hired them and can honestly say we felt like they cared about us as customers and really made sure things were getting done in the time table needed since we had a gathering happening at the end of that week. 

Sean was there to give us an idea of what was next in the process of the pool resurfacing and even made sure we had a new lid for our skimmer  and basket for our pump after the job was complete which wasn't part of the initial proposal. It was just them taking care of customers (imagine that!).

Anyways, after all is said and done they finished the job and the pool looks great. My wife and I were glad we went with Advanced Pools after all. I am happy to leave this review for their business and hope it helps others that might be looking for a good pool company.
