The staff are extremely rude, and were saying we we're unable to get an x-ray because we got here to late. It closes at 3:00 and we had arrived at 2:20. Would not recommend coming here if it was something urgent

Staff was professional, courteous and caring. Appointment was attended to on time. Easy to make and confirm appointments.
If you are planning to get an ultrasound, whether it be internal or external, I advise you not to go here. The experience I just had makes me want to cry. Prior to my appointment I was told to chug 32oz of water 45 min before, which I did. As soon as I was taken to the back by the ultrasound tech, I could already tell by no greeting that she was either annoyed or just plain rude. I was already very nervous for this appointment seen as my doctor thinks I may have a cyst and this was going to be my very first internal ultrasound. She did NOT make me feel comfortable whatsoever. I went in thinking this was an internal ultrasound so I started to remove clothing. She yelled at me that I only had to pull my pants an inch down. Then she told me to tuck the towel in but I wasn’t sure where so she yelled at me about that. Then when she put the jelly on my stomach I thought maybe we have to do this first. She was then annoyed that my bladder wasn’t full even though I followed instructions so she seemed like it was the end of the world and said I can get the internal ultrasound. I was already under the impression I was getting that anyway apparently there was poor communication so she was very annoyed I said yes to the internal. Anyway she showed me the tool and allowed me to get settled before she came back. During the internal ultrasound I have never felt so uncomfortable in my life. Every single thing I did was wrong or not good enough for her. She would say “move your leg” but would get mad when I didn’t move it the right direction or the exact way she wanted even though she wasn’t stating anything clearly. She acted like I was just supposed to know what to do and how to do it even though this was brand new to me. Then she told me to apply pressure on my stomach, only those exact words, so I did. She proceeded to yell at me to remove my hand and then dug hers into me and said “I want you to apply like this OKAY” I kept having to do it and if I applied pressure wrong she would roll her eyes, sigh, tell me to let go, and just be annoyed with everything I did. I could go on and on about this experience, and I can honestly say it was the longest 45 minutes of my life. I feel violated. I write this to hopefully keep someone who may need an ultrasound, whether pregnant or not, from going here. Long story short, the ultrasound tech was the biggest B I have ever met and is rude and SO unprofessional I’ve never had an experience like it in my life.
My 10 year old daughter hurt her wrist, pediatrician recommended getting x-rays. My wife called the N.Smithfield office, girl on the phone says “If you can be here by 4:30 we will take her”. Wife gets there at 4:20 and was turned away. No compassion for a child in pain. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
I will never go into this establishment again! Before going I called to ask what I needed because I was going in for 2 different X-rays I explained why I was calling first so that I could get all the info I needed before even going in. I walked in was greeted by the lady in the front window and I explained to her what I had and that I had called before and gave her my X-ray orders she then said do I have a lawyer and I said no then said they need this that and the other thing which is why I CALLED FIRST TO FIND OUT WHAT THEY WOULD NEED!! She then said that she needed a claim number and contact info for the claim and I was going to give her all the info until her side kick to her right was very rude mimicking me and just being so rude. I called her out and said she was being rude and that I never got into a accident before and this again is why I CALLED TO ASK WHAT THEY NEEDED FROM ME BEFORE I GOT THERE! She continued to mimick me and then say she not being rude and I said that’s not ok for he to act this way. I took my scripts and my property and left very upset. This isn’t ok to treat people like this. You should be ashamed of yourself RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!!
These people are the slowest you’ll ever see. Rude staff and ignore you when you come in. I have never seen such inept team in a small work environment. Do not book this place for a any kind of service.
This place is terrible completely unprofessional lady at the front desk is a total lunatic and the Ultrasound tech is no better. Never would I ever recommend this place to anybody
I went there for thyroid ultrasound twice. Both times staff was polite and helpful and I didn’t have to wait for long to get invited in the room for ultrasound.
Lady at front desk had an attitude with every patient including myself
