This Dr office is ridiculous. The Dr gave my husband a prescription for ibuprofen when it CLEARLY states on his chart he is allergic to it. My husband had an appointment to have a re check and the Dr had f****** blood on his hand!!!!!!! Was NOT my husbands. Once we are able to he is switching to another Dr. Nothing but problems.

I'm told the providers are quite good.  Good interactions (x2) with Providers at their attached Urgent Care inspired my Primary Care visit.  So, this is a critique of the Clinic, and not the provider.  I will also state that the COO spoke with me personally afterward and listened to my concerns.  I only rate my experience and that of my immediate family member under my insurance.  

The waiting room is a borderline HIPAA violation, as it's tiny size broadcasts private patient window transactions to the entire room.  My business was everyone's business.  Customers stood directly next to me at the window on both sides, so close that it was within sight of my records.  My entire transaction with staff was overheard, and I was ridiculed when I asked them to move away from the window.

Service from clinical office staff was poor on two separate transactions by two unique members of my immediate family - curt, haughty phone behavior followed 2 weeks later by an in-person inflexible and erroneous (at the least) processing of insurance verification.

Because the room was so small, I must also mention the smell in the waiting room, which was more of a bar-room that a Health Care facility's clinical waiting room.  It reeked of alcohol from the seated clientele.

While I was there the care was fair, I was let go from his practice without reason and wasn't even given an option for future planning. I've dealt with a lot of medical practitioners in the past unfortunately but I've never been treated this badly in my life from a Dr., hopefully the great nursing staff he had at the time found a better office to work out of considering the amount of new faces the staff cycles through, I'd be surprised if anyone is left from the original staff.
