I had an MRI at the North Smithfield location. And let me assure you, it was a pleasant experience. Was even given a squeeze ball that allowed me to get immediate attention if i needed it.    Yup  ... no problem!

We took our special needs daughter there who is in a wheelchair and the staff was great!   They were patient and helpful.

my fiancé and I have not been able to schedule a time where I could see my baby by ultra sound before he was born till this visit 2 weeks before his due date. I took my 3yo son out to the car to get his drink and when I walked in they had took my fiancé in to be seen. When I inquired where she was and that I wanted to be there for it I was told I would have to wait till the were finished measuring. I wanted to be there for the entire thing. The staff had no care or interest in asking me why I was upset about not being in. So thank you for not letting me see my son before his birth. I will never recommend you to anyone and I hope I never need your services!
