We had such a good experience working with Advantage Arizona! Shanna was honest, organized and extremely helpful. When we needed someone to come look at an appliance she followed up and made sure they did a good job. It was very easy to communicate with her and we never felt like we were being neglected. We would recommend them to anyone looking to rent or buy!

Shanna was the best real estate agent my wife and I could have asked for!  She maintained a high level of attentiveness and professionalism throughout the entire process of us purchasing our first family home.  We will use her again if we need a real estate agent and 100% recommend her to anybody that needs an agent!

Been renting from Advantage AZ a few years now.  When I eventually move out I will not rent with them again.  I live in a planned community with a VERY PROACTIVE HOA.  Every COURTESY NOTICE......NOT A FINE, A COURTESY NOTICE gets you a notice from Advantage AZ and a $10 fee for them to "PROCESS" (their words) the HOA notice.  I dont need AA sending me another notice, I received the one from the HOA thank you.  But its a way to generate income so that's what they do.  And it works as during the monsoon season weeds can appear over night.  In addition to the $10 "PROCESSING FEE", if you forget that fee they will not take your rent check and will charge you another $45 and additional fees.  They WILL NOT WAIVE these fees AFTER the 1st notice.  My 1st notice was 3+ years ago so that one time deal has long passed.......FYI, you have been warned.  Its your own fault of you sign a lease with Advantage Arizona.

This is the BEST property management company in the Valley.  Always prompt to respond to issues or work as an advocate between the owner and the tenant.  I would not rent from anyone else. We've been in our rental for 3 years now.

This is a very the client/ tenant does not come first type of company. We were tenants with this company for 4 years and dreaded anytime we had to contact them for issues. Most of the staff are just plain rude. The service people they send out to your property are extremely sketching. I remember staying on the phone with my husband the whole time a service person was inside of the house. And when you decide to move out & get your final walk thru scheduled make sure you take time off of work. The reason, you have to work around THEIR SCHEDULE because the one & only girl that does this is a bartender and cannot do anything to early in the morning. There are so many real estate agencies to choose from I suggest you do your research before deciding to go with Advantage Arizona.
