When I am looking for a bank, I look for a place that doesn't try to nickel-and-dime me to death with all of the extra charges. I look for a place where the staff is friendly and courteous, where they pay a decent amount of interest, and where the interest rate charged you on loans does not send you to the poor house. This looks to be a pretty good place.
