After checking out a few other CrossFit gyms around Portland, I have to say I'm pretty impressed with this location. Coaches are great, helpful, and informative. The scheduled workouts are a good mix of strength training, cardio, and practicing new movements. As someone new to CrossFit it can be a little intimidating; however the other members really make it fun and create a welcoming environment. They also provide adventures like hikes, camping, and snowshoeing trips. I highly recommend dropping in for a workout!

Coach is great and works with all different coaching styles. Place is spacious and clean. Convenient class times and they sell protein powders, and some reebok crossfit gear. I was injured and felt like daily activity made it worse. But I started exercising after I was cleared from physical therapy and by actually strengthening my muscles helped to stabilize my spine and I don't suffer from severe back pain anymore. It took me a long time (2008-now) to get where I am but it was worth the hard work, stress and tears to get my life back. I'm not longer in pain medication either!
