Do NOT shop here! I have never been so disgusted in my life! The smell alone will make you want to vomit. The fish have not been taken care of and its obvious these people have no idea what they are doing. The lady at the store was trying to sell freshwater fish to a couple with a saltwater tank! Hello?!? That's doesn't work! Not to mention the tanks were absolutely filthy! Fish missing fins, eyes, massive amounts of ich, fin rot, and parasites. PLEASE! Do yourself a favor and go to PetSmart!

This place is horrible!! Nasty nasty nasty!! Puppy's sold sick also kittens sold sick!!! Tons of dead fish and always dirty! No stars! This place is the worst!!

Great staff to work with. The owner really enjoys and cares about his job and the animals in his store.

Very clean store. Not sure why people would act like the owner sends pets to a kill shelter. That doesn't make sense considering they have 4 cats that aren't for sale that just roam the store. Just moved to berea but will start doing business with this place.

Bought a pet and it died before i got it home was very under taken care of. I wouldnt buy anything here
