Long wait to be checked out. But, the cashier was very knowledgeable on a game we was looking into. Wish they had a bigger store and better selection of cheaper games.

Good game selection, and friendly employee that checked us out, but not enough employees to help customers with several in line behind me. One lady was working, trying her best to keep up. Management need to be improved it seems.

Purchased a new Level 1 Afterglow headset on 1/27/2018. I tried to return it today 2/11/2018 they told me they couldn't take it back because it was past seven days. The back of the receipt says "opened new products can be returned within 30 days", and when I showed them what the store policy on their receipt says, they still told me that I could not return this item.

Great place for gamers, all areas marked well, and some great deals on games and consoles. Staff is great, helpful and very friendly!
