The sales representative was very good and helped me decide on a phone purchase and helped me set up my otter box. I'm not currently an AT&T customer directly, but am considering switching after being offered a plan that is cheaper than what I'm paying through my current carrier.

Two young people waited on us.  The young man is very knowledgable and helpful, and the young lady was so very helpful.  Both very pleasant.  My husband and I are older and are still learning about the tricks and the not so funny things our phones can do for us.  These two see us about once every two weeks yet remain just as pleasant while helping us.  We are blessed they work for us in Berea.
