Wish I could give them a lower review. They miscoded my visit and despite acknowledging there mistake I'm repeatedly hassled by them. Cant actually speak to anyone in billing about the mistake only the receptionist. Wouldn't ever come here again.

Very unprofessional front desk staff... constantly having personal conversations with one another and on their phones (shockingly including a moment when I was called up to the desk and a female was on her phone using FaceTime). Another conversation overheard was about meals for their lunch and one suggested "Taco Bell" a female responded saying... "I don't need lava coming out of my a**" ...like really? There are maybe 2 on staff doctors and the gentleman took over an hour to call me back to simply check a PPD and sign off the paper. The second time I came back for the 2nd PPD injection required for work... they had me pay for the $25 second injection which ended up not even being given that day. They made me come back 7 days later. When I came back they said I had to pay $25... I said no. They don't know the proper cost of injections. One will say it's $45 total and then say oops the second one is an extra $25. I only came here due to the need of the negative tests for work and it was needed quickly, otherwise I would not recommend EVER using this service for ones medical needs.

Very disappointing experience!! I DO NOT appreciate someone being so rude like the way Ellen made my mom feel. Like she should never have gone into this office to be checked out. She automatically assumed my mom was a pill popper. She said, “we cannot prescribe any narcotics, I am just letting you know that upfront.” Maybe this is protocol for this facility but, regardless she did not have to be so rude. My mom was very hurt by her making such a bad judgement. Just when I thought the visit could not get any worse of Ellen being so rude, it did. She did not seem to be knowledgeable and was unfamiliar with certain things (still being rude.) She was very short throughout the entire process. I do not plan to stop at the review. This brings into question her qualifications. She can use a lesson in customer service.

Takes forever to be seen. Take the urgent out of care. Should call it un-urgent care. Bright side, you can take a nap while waiting to be seen. :)

I've seen Dr.Bowers many of times, please excuse my spelling with her name cause i don't think i spelled it right but she is the best doctor I've seen and I've referred her to my aunt, my cousin and others. I want to thank you for your wonderful service. Stay Blessed and keep up the good service. Thank you again.
