Staff is extremely rude. Nurse triage phone line is horrible and leaves you with anxiety, they leave a voicemail saying you have important test results back but you have to call back 30 times before you receive an answer.

This place is terrible. The doctors are all nice but the office itself is run so terribly. Not only are the front desk people somewhat rude, the rest of the staff such as the ultra sound tech at the Beaufort location need new careers. We went for our anatomy scan (mind you after they cancelled on us the first time 20 minutes before our appointment and ruined a gender revel we had planned with out of town guest coming in) but when we did get in the room we were told to "stay quite and no talking while I do my job so I don't lose where I am going" THEN she was interrupted 4 yes 4 times while doing it yet we weren't allowed to talk!!!! And don't even get my started with the extreme lack of consistent billing practices at this office. Somehow you're in a military town yet you can't even get how to bill properly. I have the same exact Tricare Standard many other women have who have come to your office and not paid one penny the whole pregnancy yet we were somehow billed for 64.00 and 95.00. When asked it was stated your first visit is not a "pregnancy" visit. Yet plenty other woman didn't get billed anything for their first visit but I guess I wasn't pregnant enough for mine ( at 13 weeks). NOW I've been trying to pay a bill online for 2 weeks because its impossible to get someone on the phone to pay it and no matter what computer, phone, or tablet I try to use your online billing doesn't work. If we ever end up in Beaufort again I will 100% avoid this practice at all cost.

I'm a military spouse who is 12 weeks pregnant. My husband and I moved states and I faxed them a signed paper of a medical release form so I can make me a appointment with a new gyno who can't make a appointment with me till riverside faxes my record. I had faxed this paper and received a notification that it went through on Friday (May 19th, 2017) and I called multiple times that day before 2pm because they close early on Fridays to see if they got it and they never answered. Today Monday (May 22nd, 2017) I called at 9:30am and got ahold of billing/record's and they claimed they haven't received it yet although she didn't seem to have enough time to really look.. she told me to call back at the end of the day. I called the appointment line next to cancel my appointment on May 26th since we no longer live in South Carolina I asked the appointment woman how long it should take and she said two to four weeks for them to receive the fax and fax it to my new doctor. That's absolutely ridiculous I shouldn't have to wait till I'm 15-16 weeks pregnant for my second baby appointment and I've worked with fax machines it DOES NOT take that long. The office workers are rude, lazy, and shouldn't be working in a customer service career.

Can not get through to the office quite a bit of the time. They always blame it on being busy. However every time I come in, there's at 4 to 5 girls at the desk. Staff also not following through and you have to call continuously to remind them or give information. The ultrasound tech is great. Doctors are great. But the staff isn't like it was 3 yrs ago when I was pregnant with my daughter. The unprofessional staff they have now is quite disturbing.

I do not ever take the time to write a review but do not call to schedule if you don't like rude people with NO PHONE SKILLS. Through out the past two years of visiting the actual visits have been pleasant, and I have enjoyed working with Doctor Royal. But every single time I have a missed a random phone call from the office or have called in to schedule, I somehow always manage to get "Rene" on the phone. Very snappy, quick to cut you off before allowing you to finish talking, and not very knowledgeable of any questions I have had. Sad to say.. the third phone call was the last straw and I will be taking my business elsewhere.
