I do not understand how this practice works. If you have a pressing medical issue, they direct you to urgent care. If you need a routine physical you're going to wait at least a month or two. What is the point of having a regular doctor if you can't see them when you need medical care? The front desk staff seem overworked and unpleasant. I know that medical professionals are in great demand and under stress, but they need to show at least a small amount of concern for the patients. The waiting room is nice.

Always treated with respect and Dr. Edwards always has the time to listen to all my concerns and offers advice relevant to them

This an excellent practice.  I researched Dr. Vyge carefully before I became his patient.  I find every aspect of the practice to be excellent. My late husband was an internist and I worked with him, so know the difference between average and excellent care.

I've been going here for about a year now and the other day I was in motorcycle accident and suffer allot of road rash all over my body, a concussion, and twisted and gashed my foot open. I couldn't walk for 5 days and I'm still hurting to walk on day 12. I went to the Dr and he gave me some cream and ointment to put on the road rash, but nothing for pain. Next day I called them back to ask for something to help the pain and I got nothing!! I understand these addicts need there drugs but I am not one of them! It's very obvious I was in alot of pain and really needed them after my accident. Needless to say I won't be going back here to the Dr because I need a Dr that will do his job and help me when I need it! Not to leave me to suffer!
