Went for a simple physical assessment. Was told that to go to a primary doctor then referred to another walkin. Waste of time.

I had an appointment for 3pm. I arrived at 2:40pm signed in and sat down. The receptionist was busy. At 3:45pm I was called by reception and she explained i was supposed to let them know I had an appointment although I did write it on the specific column when I signed in. There is a sign that says let them know if you have an appointment at their window. I didn't want to hover at the window when I came in since there was a patient being registered so I will take the blame however 4pm I was called to a room. The nurse practitioner came in at 4:25pm and I was out by 4:40. While I was uncomfortable with the wait since I went in with back spasms, I will return for a second visit. The nurse practitioner was knowledgeable and competent.
