My teenage son hit his chin, creating a relatively small but deep cut on his chin.  We went to AFC and we were in and out in about a half hour.  From reception (where we filled out the required form), to the initial triage nurse, to the doctor, everyone was extremely professional and nice, and we hardly waited for anything.  The cut was able to be glued shut rather than stitched.  it was fantastic to get courteous and professional urgent care so promptly..

I am currently sitting here in a room waiting to be seen. When I first walked in, it took over 5 minutes for someone to come back up to the front to check me in. Then as I was sitting in the waiting room a women with her grandmother came storming out and they forced her to sign a paper of liability, the women had said “be prepared to wait two hours and then be told they can’t do anything for you”. Another girl was waiting in the waiting room for her friend who has been waiting in a room to be seen for over 45 min. While sitting in the waiting room, the nurses behind the front desk rudely talked about the patients for everyone to hear. If you know anything about health care, you know that this is inappropriate and unethical. The nurses were extremely rude and acted poorly. This is not somewhere I want to come to again.

I went here last night for severe sore throat and ear pain and I was cared for fairly immediately.  The staff is attentive and friendly.  The Doctor was very nice and quickly came in to see me.  The script was called into the Pharmacy.  Would not hesitate to go back or to recommend AFC.  Thank you.

Theresa and Luisa are beyond nice, they listened to my entire story of my past history rather than some other places that glaze over your past. Which I have an interesting past so having someone listen makes me feel at ease and believe I am at the right place to get medical attention. The facility is very nice, clean and everyone is organized! Everything is conveniently here, and I know my results before I leave!
