I took my husky and lab mix for a bath. The place looked a little bit sketchy but i figured i would still let them do their service before i judge. Both of my dogs had their nails dremeled, and paw pads shaved, along with sanitary cuts. As apart of their bathing. (Not a full body groom) The pricing was very reasonable compared to everywhere else I have been. My lab mix was 30 and my Husky was 35. PetSmart charges me 42.99 for my husky to have a bath and other places want to charge me 60...!! Definitely better pricing. Both my dogs came out smelling really good and the scent even remained for a few days. And they were ready for pick up at the time i put for them.

I think they did great and now i am using them regularly.

Dropped off my dog to get a shampoo and clipping his nails. They did not clip his nails and my car was full of my dogs hair...they didn't even clean up his hair. I do a better job at home than this unprofessional pet grooming. They showed no love to my dog. So much for affectionate. Not coming back.

Incapable of doing their job, waste of time. Brought my 5 year old chihuahua to get a bath and nails clipped and as I arrived to pick up my pet they said they were unable to clip his nails due to the dog giving them a difficult time... I'm sorry but in my eyes they are the "professionals" not only was I disappointed in their service, I still had to pay full price for a service that didn't get done. Do not waste your time.

Simba always looks great with his lion cut. Can always get him in same day or next and prices are a lot better than anywhere else. Getting ready to go back for the 6th time
