I used to bring my two dogs to a grooming spa where they would need to stay for 4-5 hours. Now, because of their advanced ages I shopped around for a home grooming service and found Brook who is the best groomer I have ever had. He treats my two elderly pups with kindness, patience and care. They have gone from hating to be groomed to enjoying their baths so much so that, even though my cocker spaniel has issues standing for long stretches of time, it is a struggle to get Chelsea to leave Brook's clean and cheery van. I give Brook at Bubbles to Bows my full endorsement!

Bubbles To Bows is fantastic, Patricia is the best! I was so nervous for my dog because he was geting a complete shave down and she made it so easy. She took her time and explained everything to me. I absolutely recommed Bubbles To Bows. Thank you Pattie for getting my dog back to normal. Love you guys!!!!💕💕

I have used Bubbles to Bows multiple times over the past year. While the haircuts have not been the best, the convenience of having a mobile groomer was worth it – until my experience on Thursday, May 19th. I scheduled an appointment for my Australian Shepherd to be groomed at 4:00 p.m. Tammy, the groomer, called around 3 p.m. to let me know that she would be running a little late. Something that doesn’t surprise me since every groomer has been at least 30 minutes late. Tammy arrived at 4:40 p.m. to groom my dog. To my surprise, Tammy finished grooming my dog within 45 minutes. Every other groomer took at least 75 minutes due to his size and thick coat. This was a careless, rushed job. After Tammy left, my dog was visibly uncomfortable. He was constantly licking at his belly, legs, and paws. Upon further inspection, it was evident that he has been cut MULTIPLE times all over his body! (See pictures) I used an antiseptic spray in hopes that it would heal any possible infection. The next day his cuts were surrounded by dried yellow pus and his body was covered with rashes. It was clear that he had a serious infection. I scheduled the soonest appointment available with my vet to get the medication necessary to clear it up as it was definitely not treatable by topical medication. The vet was not surprised that the wounds were a result of an unsanitary, inexperienced mobile grooming company. He prescribed oral antibiotics for my dog to take twice a day for the next few weeks as I continue the topical medication. In the meantime, my dog is shook up, in pain, and left with a botched haircut and I am left with an unexpected, extremely pricey vet bill (possibly more if the antibiotics don’t work – as other reviews have stated). I wish I had read reviews prior to booking the appointment. My heart goes out to the many customers and their pets who have experienced the trauma, pain and expensive vet bills to fix what Bubbles to Bows has caused. To the outspoken owner of Bubbles to Bows who feels the need to comment negatively on every honest review of your company’s botched and abusive grooming tactics, DON’T BOTHER. There is nothing you can do or say to heal the infection and trauma my dog and my wallet have experienced. I hope you fix these problems in the future but I will NEVER be using your services again and I will warn any potential customers in the future that ask about your company.

10 days ago we got our cat the "Lion Cut" the groomer was an hour late, thats not my complaint as the previous appointments we had with this company they were also about an hour late. Our appointment took close to an hour and a half as opposed to the previous 2 which took a half hour. This led to initial concern and when the groomer called us she said my cat had pooped on her and required a bath. This is very unlike our cat who routinely gets hair cuts and had never done this before. Our cat began limping today and after taking her to the vet we discovered her nails had been trimmed way too short and one of them was broken in half which led to an infection in her paw. She needed to undergo anesthesia so the Vet's could remove the entire nail and give her antibiotics and pain medication for the next two weeks. Do I think this was on purpose? No of course not. Accidents happen. However when a company leads our Cat to having to have an emergency surgery costing 500 dollars we certainly wont be using them again.
