Wonderful groomer that can show the Beauty in any animal. Your going to adore the owner, she is very nice and gets things done. All in all it's a great place to get your family pet groomed!

This review is not based on how well their grooming services are, because in that area they do a very great job but fortunately I care for my dog's well being. My last experience about two weeks ago was just horrendous. I made an appointment the day prior to ensure my dog would get out on time. Unfortunately Yuppy Puppy only cared about the extra $58 in their pocket. They were a bit busy that day, granted that is understandable seeing it was the weekend. 

I dropped my dog off at 8:30 in the morning. I called various times to ask when my dog was going to be finished for pickup, they told me we're running a bit late so they said 3:00 pm which I was okay with. I called 15 minutes before, again they extended it. My dog was not ready until 6:00 p.m. my dog was there for 9 hours. But instead of telling me when I made the appointment, that it was going to be an extremely busy day instead they failed to mention that to me, not even a courtesy call to ensure me my dog is doing okay. 

As I pulled up to Yuppy Puppy I saw a lady walking another dog for about 30 seconds, the poor dog lifted his leg and wasn't even able to pee, the dog continued to pull the lady back towards the bushes, but she continued to go back inside, not caring that the dog was not able to use the restroom. I finally walked inside to pick up my dog, a man walked a couple minutes after me to pick up his dog which I overheard he dropped his dog off at 12:00 noon, keep in mind I dropped my dog off at 8:30, and his dog was much bigger than mine, the fact that his dog was ready befor mine, I don't see the logic.

 Than I decided to speak up to the lady in front of the counter, but instead of giving me good customer service and apologizing, offering me a coupon or something to go above and beyond, she thought to turn the whole situation around, and blame me for not picking up my dog earlier she also added, "well we were so busy." And she continued to argue with me regarding the whole situation. Please explain to me, in what situation is it okay to blame your customer who provides you business & compensation. Let me continue to say that leaving a dog in a cage is for 9 hours is completely inhumane.  And on top of all that, when I got home with my dog, she was dehydrated; she couldn't stop drinking water, I had to pace her to make sure she didn't choke on her own water. 
But according to Yuppy Puppy i'm in the wrong, go figure.

Absolutely the rudest front desk I've ever encountered. This old hag had the audicaty to not even ask me the breed of my chow chow mix, but I stead she writes down "mutt" on the contact information sheet for me and my dog. She has lost a customer today and I encourage anyone reading this post to go to boss pet groomers. Much better customer service and more reasonable prices.
