Affiliated Pet Emergency provided amazing service to our dog Mousse last night. We don't live in Gainesville but while visiting home for Christmas our dog got a pretty good size cut on his leg. The staff was absolutely wonderful in caring for Mousse, but also in communication to us for his care. The exceptional service we received happened before we even got there, when we called to see if we could be seen and they let us know to come in right away and that they would begin prepping for him to see the Dr. They clearly listed and informed us on each step they would take to treat him while being very open and up front with any charges for the services before providing. The doctor set a goal of having our guy out in 2 hours pending any urgent arrivals (it is an emergency vet after all) and so we left to get dinner. Before we were done we got a call that our baby was ready! Mousse is home now, happy and healthy - and we are all back to enjoying the holiday with friends and family! A big thank you to the team there and Happy Holidays!

AVS in Gainesville is the most wonderful vet hospital. Dr Sabitino and the entire staff are awesome . They are the most caring people I have ever met. They have been caring for our baby as if she were their own. We are not through our situation yet, but I know our Fur baby is getting the best care possible. I will always be grateful to them, and I will support them in anyway I can.

Dr Sabatino and the entire staff were very kind, sweet and compassionate during our time there with our sweet little Izzy. We are so grateful for their gentleness and attention shown to our little girl to the very end. God bless you all at AVS.

Misdiagnosis, lying staff, rude staff, and docs that have had disciplinary action filed against their license on staff. Go elsewhere

If you have an injured or sick animal, especially snake bites this is the first place you want to take your animal (24/7). This is a life saving place for animals mainly late at night, even 3:00 or 4:00 A.M. We trust the doctors and staff to treat our AKC registered dog for emergency care.
