We took in Layla. The kitten we found here in the rv park where we live. She was sick and having problems with her balance. We nursed her and was helping her. But she needed help. Animal control recommend them. They were awesome with her and worked with us on what we could afford at the moment. Thank yall so much. She is doing better already. And yall will become our vet. Thanks again from Layla and the Barber family!!!

I have been coming here for years with all my pets. They are friendly, knowledgeable & very compassionate. We had 3 pets that needed to be put down over the years & they accommodated us with the understanding that we just made a very heartbreaking decision & were losing a member of the family. As to the comment about seeing a different doctor every time, I have seen Dr. Price almost every time because I request an appointment when she is on duty - please remember they are open 7 days a week & almost 12 hours a day so there are shifts. Although for last minute or regular checkup appointments any of the vets they have on duty are more than capable. Besides, I think skill, friendliness and compassion are all part of the hiring protocol.

So I guess I should honestly be writing two reviews. One giving this place 5 STARS and another giving one of the vets a 1 STAR. But for the purposes of this doctor I am going to give it a 1. I take my puppy here and am on a wellness plan and I have enjoyed it so far. The doctor I normally see, Dr. Olsen is great. She is such a sweet lady and very caring of my puppy. My dog was feeling ill the past couple of days and I had decided to use my "unlimited doctor" visits a go and get my dog checked out. They were able to see me pretty quick and the staff were very nice to me and my dog. Once we go into the exam room is when I started to feel uncomfortable. My doctor came in and he sat down on his wheelie chair and my puppy started to shy away from him. Mason (my puppy) is a little scared of things that roll so I told the vet that he doesn't like that and is scared and he still stayed seated in it. So I am explaining to the vet the symptoms of Mason and he immediately throws out the idea of an X-RAY with his only reasoning being that "we had a dog come in earlier today that we took an x-ray of and we found christmas ornaments in it".... Mason was not having these same symptoms as he stated the other dog was having so I didn't feel like it was necessary to spend $160 extra dollars on top of my plans for this treatment when the symptoms I am describing don't even match up. So I decide to just to just get a fecal sample and test done to see if they can find anything. HE STILL ON HIS ROLLY CHAIR AT THIS POINT!!!!!! So I am trying to help Mason seems more comfortable at this point since the vet obviously is not. So I stand in front of Mason so they can do that and Mason squeals and whimpers. The vet then says we should put a muzzle on him. IS MY DOG TRYING TO STRIKE YOU, I DON"T THINK SO. He is scared because you are on your rollie chair and not trying to keep him calm when he is a calm dog already and is perfectly fine with everyone else in this hospital except you. So I was like "No, I will just give him a treat and you can finish getting the sample". We get the sample and then the rest is history. Basically my point of this is, Dr. Olsen and the rest of Banfield Hospital is GREAT!!!! Go to them they are fantastic! and Dr. Calvin LeClear who is apparently Chief of Staff WILL NOT be seeing me or any of my pets ever again.

We had to take our dog in a few days ago. She was experiencing some difficulties and required some immediate care. The veterinary staff provided us with some top notch service. I cannot say enough about how professional and understanding they are. I will continue to do business here and totally trust their work.
