Staff was great but the prices are not what you are told prior to getting there. I was told that I would have a $99 first exam fee for new clients and I had two dogs and my bill was $420 walking out the door. Also when I called her earlier I asked for a price on health certificates for puppies and was told 60 to $70 but when I asked them after getting that outrageous Bill to give me an exact figure they called me back a couple of days later and a health certificate cost $120 per puppy instead of the 60 to $70 I was quoted over the phone. This staff is absolutely amazing and the care is great however the prices are very misleading and for that reason I will not go back and I canceled my next appointment.

Overpriced. Moved to Gainesville  & went to this vet because of location. After treating my dog for an ear infection (much more expensive than my last vet ), I was told to bring her back in 2 weeks for a recheck. I was charged another $75 & told to bring her back AGAIN in another 2 weeks (another $75, of course). Cancelled the appt & changed vets. Also asked Oaks Veterinarian about arthritis meds, they tried to sell me some ongoing therapy costing hundreds of dollars, instead of basic arthritis meds.

It was a sad visit because I had to put my 15 yr old dog down. But the staff and the vet made the process as easy as possible for my beloved dog and myself. They were very comforting and understanding.
