I had a tooth infection and they took care of me fast

I have been waiting since May for my Invisalign trays. It is currently Aug. NO ONE has called to apologize for the wait. NO ONE has taken responsibility. I even had a manager call me and say that they were looking into my case to possibly charge me more money than I already paid. Which is funny because they didn't look into my case to figure out why I hadn't received my trays yet. I just want my trays. That's all I'm asking. The doctor told me that my case was simple and it would take 1 month to get my trays. ITS CURRENTLY 4mons later.

So unprofessional don’t waste your time or money the CSRs give you the run around when calling for basic information the Urgent care will only see a small number of people then stop before 12 and don’t accept any patients until 1p yet you have to sit there for over an hour just to be seen because they will only see 10 patients at a time let’s try to shut them down or get them out of our city

Went get my tooth pulled he left the root in didn't tell me didn't give any antibiotics just horrible period my tooth was hurting even worse when I left

Alway take for ever to be seen my appointment was at 2:30 got here at 2:00 its 3:24pm atill have not been seen. Every body has been seen but use no traffic in or out but yet i been eaiting a hour
