This office went way above and beyond anything I expected. I had a painful abscessed tooth and showed up without an appointment. I also had never been to their office before. They got me in quickly and went straight to work. They quickly took care of my pain and let me know what my options were in great detail in regards to price and exactly what would happen with my teeth. All this time they were very nice and considerate of my situation. I was also surprised when the bill was less than expected. These people did everything far better than I could have hoped for. I highly recommend these people and will be back. As far as I am concerned this is my new dentisal office.

Soooo let's just be candid for a moment. I'll admit I didn't see my usual Dr. Wasson and I do find him enjoyable as a person. This may be more about the receptionists? Who knows. I wish there was a way to break out my review or rate different doctors. But there's not... which is sad. I debated rating 2-3 stars on this one and I guess I would say 2.5. But let's have a serious chat. So I get a crown about 10 months ago. Whilst eating a gummy said crown pops off. Doesn't crack just pops off. Okay, so I call two of my cousins, one of whom is a dentist the other who is an orthodontic surgeon. So they kind of know their stuff. They said it happens, but it's extremely rare. Usually the product of not using a strong enough cement. So I bite the bullet and call the dentist. You can see me in 2 weeks? Okay, not thrilled, but sure I'm game. I go in. I'm met with fantastic news. They're not going to charge me! Great! Thank you for being understanding and your wonderful service. Except... tonight I got a bill. Now I was prepared to pay you earlier, but then you told me no charge, and now I'm getting a bill. Slightly confused. Also, if I can note, when you put a statement date of 4/5 on a bill, but I don't get it in the mail until 4/10 is it really a 4/5 bill? And honestly guys, would it kill you to give me a month to pay the bill? The due date is 4/20. What if I went on vacation? What if I went out of town for work? What if my mother-in-law died and I wasn't still carefully screening my mail (which is what happened actually except for the screening mail part). I'm not angry so much as slightly annoyed and not impressed. I'll go ahead and pay the bill. I'll probably even still go back. Just... come on guys, you work in a service business, get it together. And unless the lights are getting shut off give your patients a month to pay the bill. My mortgage company does it. My credit card company does it. Even the most usurious of payday loan companies does it. Join the crowd. It won't hurt you. I promise.

Ridiculous charge. Took kid there for an appointment, the doctor said he was not able to treat and gave us another office's number. Two weeks later we received a $54 bill after discount from our dental insurance. Will never go to there any more.

Absolutely fantastic. The Hygienist was wonderful. Very polite, had a great attitude, was very personable, and honestly I think this is the best cleaning I have had in my adult life. The Dentist was also very personable and as a new patient, sat down and talked to me for about 5 minutes before doing his exam. I felt like he wanted to get to know me and he was genuinely interested in me as a person, not a patient. I look forward to my next visit.
