This is hands-down the best dental office I've ever visited. Like most people, I don't exactly look forward to spending time in the dentist's chair. I still don't, but Francis Park Dentistry makes everything surrounding that experience pleasant - dare I say even enjoyable? 

The front office staff are genuinely personable. They're always quick, prompt and helpful. Back of house puts you at ease and continues the customer service you receive front of house, and during my first visit they explained everything very clearly. 

If you're searching for a new dentist, I would absolutely recommend checking this office out!

Love this dentist office! We used to go to another dentist office in Hampton Plaza this place is so amazing. Full of natural light, new equipment, very clean front office and rooms. The staff when you walk in are very nice and friendly, the dentist is very knowable, and personable. It’s a great place to go for a cleaning or filling.

I had a wonderful experience.  They are very quick, with almost no waiting at all.  In the average amount of time I've spent waiting at most dentists, I was in and out.  They were polite and seemed very knowledgeable.  A+

Since day one it's been nothing but problems. 

Called as new patient was wanting a full dentist since I don't have one anymore. I selected them as they were listed as an oral surgery as well as general.
Had a chipped tooth that needed to be taken care of one way or another and informed them of this. Go in get x-rays and told they recommend root canal. Tell them adamantly that it was not possible for me too do that and it needed to be pulled. The doctor did not feel comfortable doing it, Then informed they only have the oral surgeon in once a month. 
Add to this unreturned calls and the staff not paying attention when I tell them what needs to be done. 
Only give a 2 star because they did offer 100 off another procedure they recommended.

I needed a lot of dental work done, very nervous, but Dr.Eva was the best!! She handle it all so well! She Knows what she's doing for sure! Office great & clean, staff was so great at handling all my questions & help with finance issues! Love this office, highly recommend them to all!! Just the best Care, & understanding, very professional all round!! Dr Eva is a Great Dentist!! Please try her Out,,& you'll See!! Qi (Eva) Xiong, DDS
