I went to St. E's heart care center to establish myself as a new patient. I was greeted with nearly a 3 hour wait to see their Cardiologist. The management says the Cardiologist couldn't understand the new computer system, however the patients for the other Cardiologists were being seen. When I raised the issue to management, they couldn't care less of the time we were spending waiting to see the Dr., one wheel bound gentlemen had his appointment cancelled without telling him, and he was BEATING his cane on the receptionists desk wanting his appointment. Obviously this place is not in control of what it is doing. I left the cardiac center and left St. E's completely over this episode. If you can't get everyday patient care here, you will die waiting for emergency Cardiac care there.
