I have been going here the past year or so and have not been treated well. First, the doctor acted as if he didn't know basic medicine or how to really treat any chronic or acute illness/injury. The nurse that answers the phone for medical questions is not very nice most of the time and doesn't seem to actually check with anyone before saying there's nothing that they can do. When you try to make a complaint about any of the staff, they won't actually listen to you at all and just try to talk over you and make you out to be the bad guy in the situation. They are not compassionate for the most part. There was one decent human being there who actually acted like they cared, but really the rest of the staff and doctors didn't. Also apparently when the doctor makes a decision about the care you'll receive there, there's nothing you can do to even try and fight it because HR will not take you seriously and make it seem like you don't have rights whatsoever. It's not worth it to go here, just go somewhere else in the first place.

I am going to be a new patient with Dr. Douglas, I am glad he gets great reviews. My Insurance changed and he is listed in my PPO of Doctors. I have to say I have called 4 times today and each person I spoke with has been great. Finding a new Doctor is not easy but everyone has answered all my questions and helped me set my first appointment. Thank You and see you soon.

Everyone here is so incredibly friendly. The interactions I've had with the receptionists, nurses, and doctors here have all been great. I don't see myself going anywhere else for medical care after coming here.

I have had my primary doctor at this clinic for over 3 years. I have been more than satisfied with every aspect of the clinic.

I changed insurances, I asked if I was still covered with the new insurance and they said yes, they said "we are independent and we are providers for your new insurance" and gave me the appointments. Then the insurance didn't cover the services because they were not PPO providers and I got a bill. I talked to billing they showed doubts about my word as if I was lying and provided no solution. Very disappointed with them after being a patient for three years I think they could have done better.
