If you close at 8:15 then maybe you should put that instead of 8:30. You keep your nurses there after your physicians leave? Glad I drove all this way for nothing.

Terrible service. No compassion whatsoever. Online, the hours of operation states open until 8:30PM. I arrived at the building at 8:15 and it took me a couple minutes to walk from outside to the back of the store. It was literally 8:17pm when i got there. The receptionist was very rude and stated, "we stop accepting patients at 8:15." I was stunned because it was literally 2 minutes from 8:15... so I walked away before realizing, "wait, it's only 8:17... " of course when I walked back and told the receptionist this, it was 8:18. OMG! Now it's 3 minutes after 8:15!!! Still very rude and uncaring, she then stated again, "We stop accepting patients at 8:15," then added, "and our providers leave when there are no patients anyways so they aren't even here. No providers are here to see you." So in other words, had I been there inside the store 2 minutes earlier, there still would not have been a provider since they leave when no patients are there, even though they don't close until 8:30pm. Never coming here again. This same receptionist is always very rude in my experience with her, but tonight she was especially rude.

Arrived just over an hour and half before the listed closing time and was turned away.

Your hours say 5pm on a Saturday. Staff has no compassion when you show up at 4:48, their sign stats average time is 10-15min. I had the form all filled out to be seen. Maybe if they wouldn't have been gossiping in the back for 5min I may have been able to be seen. When your sick, the last thing you want is to be turned away.

I have been sick for a week, flu symptoms and sinus infection. There were so many patients that is was a 2 1/2 hr wait. Karen was working that day (Saturday) I believe she stated she works in New London also. I cannot thank Karen and Paula Kasuboski, APNP enough for helping me. Yes, it was a long wait, yes I was miserable but Karen talked with all the patients and apologized for the long wait. She made sure the patients were aware of the long wait. It was so sweet of her to try to help the patients be as comfortable as possible during their wait. When she registered me, I felt I was the only patient she needed to register. She was kind and empathetic of how I felt, she NEVER rushed me through the registration. When I did get to see the Paula She was amazing and again never rushing through the visit.....very kind, apologizing for the wait. She prescribed an antibiotic for me and it was ready by the time I went to the pharmacist. Although I am not a 100% I do feel better then I did before seeing Paula Kasboski APNP . A huge thank you goes out to Karen and Paula for your patience and your kindness.
