Affinity is such a great company, they have employees with great talent, craftsmanship and values! We have had many projects from a full clubhouse remodel to a small outdoor pool shower and many in between. Each project was completed on time and met/exceeded our high standards! Currently we use Affinity for unit remodels and they will be constructing our outdoor kitchen/bbq. I would recommend Affinity to anyone! I have many favorites including the admin personnel that I could name but to be honest every employee I have had the pleasure working with has been excellent! Thanks Affinity and team!

Above and beyond cannot describe what Nate has done for me! I contacted Affinity Home & Design with the project of turning a 300 sq. ft bare space into a beautiful hair salon in the Pearl District. I was open to ideas and from the get go I could tell I trusted Nate’s design ability and decision making. He not only offered his professional opinion about wall colors and flooring, he informed me of modern, contemporary designs that are currently the “look” in the Pearl District so that my salon would be trendy and competitive. He did extensive research on his down time to find me the most efficient, cost effective water heater and even went as far as putting my furniture together and giving me advice on my internet and sound system. Under a time line of about two weeks, Nate transformed the space into more than what I was hoping for. I was informed that most salons, even small ones like mine, can take months to build out. He had me up and running in 10 days. Keeping costs low was continually a priority for me and he never failed in keeping that his priority as well. He was in contact with me almost every day about the work being done and still remains in contact if I need anything. Having seen the work Nate has done at my salon, two of my friends have taken him on for bathroom and kitchen remodels. He is an honest, hardworking individual who takes pride in every bit of work he does. Guaranteed- he will not let you down. I am truly grateful!~ Amanda Strang

I called Affinity last week and set up an appointment to go over what needed to be done to my aging deck at my rental house. Nathan was my point of contact and he promptly came out the next day to assess the amount of rot/repair that were prevalent and necessary. He didn't just give me a quote - he first asked me what my intentions were for the rental in terms of longevity and what plans I had for the future. I told him I didn't plan to have it in it's current state for more than two years, and he devised a plan to minimize my downtime and cost while prolonging the longevity of my property as much as was feasible. He offered a very modest price for the large amount of work to be done and completed the project promptly - above expectation in all areas. Best of all he completed my project WELL UNDER HIS BID, which I was very thankful of. I've hired handymen/contractors in the past and had reasonable bids doubled after the fact, and construction times quadrupled (or worse!) with nothing but excuses as explanations. I was very happy to see Affinity bid accurately, complete the job promptly, and even get done sooner/cheaper than anticipated. To Nathan and his coworkers at Affinity, thanks a million. I'll no doubt be doing much more business with you in the future. ~ Dave Taylor
