Love Love Love how my wife's chair turned out. M & M Creative Upholstery hit it out of the park. Quick response on questions and estimates. They made the process easy from start to finish. They do phenomenal work! I'm beyond pleased with this experience!

☆☆☆☆☆ M & M gets all the Stars!!! ☆☆☆☆☆  Ever hear someone ask "Do you know a good mechanic?" or maybe "Who does your hair?!". In my business of transporting people in style, I keep a list of 4 years worth of those dependable resources and someone just hit the top of my list! M&M Creative Upholstery just assisted in totally transforming my business. Every single customer that lays eyes on my new bus interiors are wowed. I will return to M&M for every future project. These kind folks are NOT your run of the mill awkward upholstery shop. Friends, from my personal experience, I would say they are open, communicative, friendly, dependable, honest, and the real thing. 

When I say they are skilled, you shouldn't take my word for it, but instead you can see the quality workmanship in the variety of photos on display right on their Yelp page.

Why are we as consumers so captivated by stories of great customer service? Perhaps it is because they serve as a much needed reminder that there are companies who still care about their customers.

Every company says that their customers are their #1 priority, but stories show us that many businesses are ready, willing, and able to go the extra mile for each and every one of their customers.

As Benjamin Franklin would put it: “Well done is better than well said.” 

These two are the epitome of "well done" they not only rushed our order as a new customer but treated us like we were the only customer they finished our job three days before it was supposed to be done and did the most amazing transformation to our RV cushions we could ever hope for, all well saving us time and money thanks a million Keith and Crystal Cox if we could give you more then 5 star rating we would do it!!!!!!!

Fantastic communication with customers and they want to be sure you are satisfied with their work. As busy as I am, I love that you can contact them easily via text message too.. Absolutely beautiful work on my kitchen chairs! Thank you so much
