Great for affordable, minor care (don't do dental here) but not true to hours. Not sure who I talked to but I tried to call and get medical records before they closed and got a "I will do this tomorrow, I'm currently driving home now". This was before closing time so why was this call forwarded to someone driving home? Not impressed.

The Worst experience ever!! Took my pit and my mutt for shots and nail trim. They cut my pits nail so short it bleed freaking her out then continued to scare her more making her cry out in pain. The entire time my male mutt was watching getting scared. So instead of allowing any time to let the dogs calm down they backed him into a corner and lunged at him. When they did his shot he was panicked and made noise and tried to see what they were doing. Yes he bumped the lady with his mouth not even a red mark on her and they muzzled him while still having him pinned in a corner!  NEVER IN HIS 11 YEARS  had he been muzzled or even had the need to be!!  A year later I took my female in to get her next shot and the vets office loved her and was surprised how RUDE  the place was when they called to get her rabbies info! If you care at all how your animal is treated DO NOT  take them here!!

I've been going here for almost two years now, they're really great and truly cost effective. It makes me feel good that I can afford the right care that my dog needs. They don't try to upsell anything & the staff is always very friendly.

ALWAYS top notch care at an affordable price!
I love Dr Faulkner and all her team, helpful, friendly knowledgeable staff that can help you through anything!
We recently lost a dog, suddenly, we rushed her into Dr Tammy and she told us there wasn't a lot we could do.. She let us stay with my Roxy until she had passed, and then some, was kind and understanding and helped me understand why or how this had happened (twisted gut, just very sudden.)
We have always brought our pets to Dr Faulkner, and her compassion after Roxy really sealed the deal for us. Unlike a lot of vets in the area, Dr Faulkner is realistic about animal care, she's helped me in so many ways. An amazingly compassionate vet who isn't all about the dollar signs. Do yourself a favor and make an appointment with her today!
