From the first call to almost immediately getting me in to assess the situation it was top notch service. Angie at the front desk is a saint because I know how grumpy I can be and sound over the phone. Dr. Souders was wonderful and kind. I really prefer my doctor's to be considerate and not make you feel bad for being in that chair. I had to have a root canal no fun but at least I felt taken care of and confident in the ability of the staff. I believe Crystal and Veronica (so sorry if I misspelled your names) were great aides and assistants to Dr souders and were both quite kind and efficient. Glad I found this location even if it was the 5th called I made it's now my first choice on all future visits..

From the first call to the office to the actual appointment, I have been very pleased with the amount of service I have received. All the ladies that work here are extremely professional. At my appointment I was greeted by name, and taken to the room almost immediately, where I was offered a pillow or a blanket. They made sure that I was as comfortable as possible. I checked other google reviews before coming here and they were dead on. I am extremely satisfied with the work they did, but also with explaining what they were going to do why they needed to do it as well as completely explaining in detail what I would need to do from then on out. After going to another dentist that completely wasted my time, getting me into the office and then telling me at the end that my insurance wasn't in network and handing me a 700 dollar estimate, I was relieved that Afinia took the time to verify that my insurance was in network.  They got me in for my appointment and did everything that I needed to have done. If you are looking for an honest dentist office, one that will take great care of you, then Afinia dental in Bridgetown is the one to go too!!  Thank you for the great service
