I went in yesterday. Horrible back pain. The young women that checked me in very nice and fast. Medical assistant was down to earth, fast and friendly. The physician knew exactly how to help and made me feel comfortable with his diagnosis. Steroids helped within the first day. I feel GREAT today.. Thanks to your awesome Team !

I usually don't take time out of my day to write reviews but I visited this location this week and left crying. The front desk staff like all the others are saying as a review are very nice and welcoming. However, when I met the doctor she immediately gave me vibes that she was having a long day and was annoyed. She was impatient, sarcastic, didn't listen to my concerns , and made it seem like everything I was saying was a lie. I had genuine concerns about my health and she was pretty adamant about not being able to serve me with my issues and to see my PCP. I have been with Trihealth for over 20 years and never experienced a doctor being so rude.

Made an appointment online. They were quick to see my husband. They removed metal from his eye. Doctor was awesome! Will go back next time we need the care!

My daughter was treated VERY professional and very down to earth, by Doctor Wahl. I have never saw a doctor take time out to do things he did not have to do. They are almost always in to much of a rush to do much but diagnose. These days anyway. I highly recommend him to anyone that needs the right care.

Went for cough/congestion, diagnosed as upper respiratory infection, prescribed the 5 day z-pack antibiotic. On the 5th day of the antibiotic, I called back, as I hadn't improved. Was told I waited too long, and would be treated as a whole new complaint, with all new charges. I got my records from the last visit, took them to The Little Clinic. This used to be my families 'go to' for urgent care needs, but this "5 days is too long to let us know you're not better" policy ended that. Great work, Tri-Health!
