I am so impressed with this group I can't express it. I am so grateful to Dr. Lindenfeld for the care he gave my husband through two total hip replacements. Three other doctors said they wouldn't for various reasons, while Dr. Linden fed saw the need. My own experience with a total knee replacement with Dr. Siegel was just as impressive if not more so. He was patient, kind, experienced, and his work was amazing. I was out of the hospital the next day and have healed quickly without any untoward issues. It appears that I'll have a small scar and no lasting side effects. The staff of both the Triple County and Northern Kentucky offices were superb. Warm, friendly, efficient are a few words that come to mind. Would I recommend this group? I already have at least 10 times!

Horrible place! First the receptionist was very unfriendly and pushed papers at me without any welcome. Second the assistant that walked me to the exam room didnt say two words to me other than, "do you have shorts on?" when I replied no she rolled her eyes and walked away. Dr. Busam came in and immediately asked me why I was there. Naturally I explained my situation to which I was given much sarcasm for having gone into the details. Rather than being helpful he read my MRI results off the piece I paper I handed to him about five minutes prior. I am assuming he thought perhaps I couldnt read. Then when he wasn't able to determine what the root cause of my pain was he asked, "is this a good time for you? I mean why are you even here. I can't seem to make you hurt so what is the purpose of being here?" Well MR Boosam had you listened to me from the beginning you would have heard my complaints. I'd much rather give me money to someone who is invested in making me feel BETTER and not judging me off my insurance and social class. And if you weren't doing that, why do you ask for that information to begin with? Such a waste of a doctorate degree!!! Don't waste your time here!
