Two stars for the actual braids. But the fussing and fighting was very unprofessional. They fussed in the native language😡and I felt like it was aimed towards me and I didn't like it. Would not recommend anyone to come here. The price were and are outrageous. But my braids are beautiful. There are two ladies braiding and the one who actually was braiding my hair stops and walks off so now it's one lady braiding my hair😡. Overall is a shame the place could be a little more maintained. And they need to learn so professionalism😡and today's date is 6/9/17

First, let me say that my daughters Senegalese Twist turned out very nice! However, the overall experience was not the best! I was referred to this salon by my sister whom had her braids done a little over a month from the date that we were there. When we called to make the appointment and asked what the pricing was we were told $160. We arrived for our appointment on a Saturday (not a very good day to go, too busy) and we asked how much for the braids and we were told $200. We told them they quoted a different price on the phone and two of they stylist stated (over and over) that they DO NOT do any braids in this salon for under $200. They continued to speak in their language which I knew was not a good thing. I stated that I was referred by my sister, showed them a picture and told them what her price was which was under $200. They insisted they did not do her hair, and that they never charge under the $200. They didn't even validate the coupon, even though they clearly stated it on the phone, their business card, and the sign in front of the store. After all that the stylist said that she would do the braids for $180. I guess the issue is that you need to stick with what you are telling people the price is and not change whenever it is convenient. Oh, and to make things worse no one said anything when we were leaving, goodbye, thank you, nothing!!!! Great braiding skills, bad customer service!!!

I was very pleased with the quality of work. I got the medium Senalglease Twist and it took about 4. hours!  I would definitely come back (I doubt that)! I just want to add to my review, Since getting my braids about a month ago I have referred several people and the price is constantly being adjusted and coupons not being honored. If you do not wish to accept coupons on a certain day this information should be disclosed on the coupon. Also, pricing should be consistant and not adjusted according to the day.

Overall experience was nice; however I got my
senegalese twist done on 5/14 and they were neat don't get me wrong, a couple days later I noticed some if the twist in the middle still had a lot of my hair sticking out and some began to unravel, so I called and asked could someone re-do them and I was told yes over the phone, once I arrived I was told no one was available to help me, so I called back on the next business and spoke with Aisha the manager who told me to come in and she would do them for me,that happened with no problem now on 5/21 more plaits have unraveled and I called and was told no one could help me,I have to wait until the next day so I have to go to work with some unraveled senegalese twist that I paid $200 for.

Came In to the shop on a Tuesday around 12:00 PM asked about a specific hair style was answered with attitude and and a foul look the women in the shop acted as if they did not want to be bothered. I was advised that I would have to wait about an hour for someone to even start my hair when there were 4 Braiders in the shop and only 2 customers in chairs. I was very polite and patient still because I was going on vacation leaving this same night. After waiting about an hr I asked the woman why were 2 braiders just sitting down doing nothing while a paying customer (me) was still waiting to be seated and for someone to start my hair style. Finally with an attitude she said ok sit there and she went to the back room slammed the door and then returned with the hair and finally started my hair. Also there was a sign on the door $20 off if you come mon-wed which she refused to honor I will never return to this horrible shop but they do good braid might I add but no customer should have to deal with this type of attitude!!!!
